• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
